Biography

Olubunmi ATOLANI, is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Physical Sciences, University of Ilorin, Ilorin with about a decade of years university teaching, research, and administrative experience. He has served as Deputy Director Center for International and Education and departmental Seminar Coordinator.  His areas of research interest cover Natural Products Chemistry, Organic Synthesis (Medicinal Chemistry), Chemoinformatics (Structural Bioinformatics), Cosmeceutical Chemistry, Drug Development and Scientometric. Dr. Atolani has to his credit over 100 peer reviewed journal articles and Books/Chapters. He is a seasoned reviewer to many reputable Journals and a member of various journal editorial boards. He is currently in various research groups that have won local, national and international competitive scientific research grants such as TWAS, TETFUND, SEEDING LABS, RMR, EACR inter alia. He is a renowned plenary invited or guest speaker in many academic forums at various occasions around the globe.
