Abdullahi Ola RAJEE is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Physical Sciences, University of Ilorin, Ilorin with about a decade of university teaching, research and administrative experience. He has served as departmental level adviser to various level of students and exam officer of General Study Division. His research focuses on the multidisciplinary domains of bioinorganic chemistry, material chemistry, and computational chemistry. He Rajee has demonstrated exemplary contributions to academia through his extensive publications in reputable academic conferences and journals. He showcases his commitment to fostering future researchers by currently supervising undergraduate students at various stages of completion. Dr. Rajee is an ardent proponent of diversity and inclusion in STEM fields, exemplified by his membership in the prestigious Fulbright Association. He is also affiliated with esteemed professional bodies, including the Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN), American Chemical Society (ACS), and the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), UK.

Undergraduate
  • General, Basic, and Introductory General and Inorganic Chemistry: These courses covers fundamental principles of general and inorganic chemistry, including modern atomic theories, periodic table and periodicity, coordination compounds, bonding theories, inorganic reaction kinetics and mechanisms, organometallics, radionuclear chemistry, metallurgy and applications in catalysis and medicine. Teaching Methods incorporates flipped classroom techniques and interactive simulations to enhance student engagement.
Postgraduate
  • Advanced Inorganic and Materials Chemistry : These courses explores cutting-edge topics in bioinorganic chemistry, coordination chemistry, molecular polyhedrals, materials chemistry, including nanomaterials, energy storage, and sustainable materials design, characterisation and applications. Including supervision of MSc and PhD students on their related projects.
