Olaniyi Kamil YUSUFF, is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Physical Sciences, University of Ilorin with more than 15 years of university teaching, research, and administrative experience. He has served as student’s adviser, departmental seminar coordinator and in several departmental coordinator. His research interest is in the area of computational and biophysical chemistry. He combines laboratory experiments with computer simulations to investigate the properties of chemically synthesized compounds, biomolecules for a better understanding of their functions in biological systems and their applications to chemical and physical processes. He has to his credit over twenty publications in reputable journals outlets. He has successfully supervised several undergraduate projects and Masters dissertations. Dr. Yusuff is a member of Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN), American Chemical Society, Society for Interdisciplinary Research (SIR) and Academic Excellence Initiative (AEI).
