Haleemat Iyabode ADEGOKE is a Professor in the Analytical/Environmental Unit of the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Physical Sciences, University of Ilorin, with more than a decade of university teaching, research and administrative experience. She has served as the Deputy Director in Technical and Entrepreneurship Center and Examination Officer of the Department. Her area of research is on synthesis, characterization and applications of nanoparticle materials, electroanalytical methods for wastewater treatment. She has over 40 publications in reputable outlets covering journals and edited conference proceedings in national and international journals. She has successfully supervised several undergraduate projects and some Masters and Doctoral dissertations. Prof. Adegoke has won many international and national academic awards. Among the awards are the Visiting Research Scholar at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, CPUT, Capetown, South Africa and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT, USA. CSIR-TWAS Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship, CSMCRI, Bhavnagar-India.
